Easy to print - now with QR-Code
Instructions return portal for DE Customer:
- enter your order number (order ID) from us in the first field, the Amazon or OTTO order number can also be used here
- then your zip code of the billing address
- click on the "Start return" button
- the system checks whether you are still within the return period of 30 days
- if this is the case, please select the reason and quantity
- click on the "Return" button
- You will receive a DHL label including a QR code from us by e-mail, so you do not necessarily need a printer
Your return label is ready. Retain tracking number for tracking and receipt as proof of posting pending refund. Hand in the returned goods at a German post office near you. If you have any questions or want to register a return outside the deadline, you can contact us via the customer center.
Instructions for (AT/CH/EU):
- Download the returns form and print it!
- Fill in the form completely.
- Put the filled form in the returns package.
- Pack the items accurately.
