The Package
Orders up to 2 p.m. are shipped the same day. If you choose the prepayment option, shipping is usually ready the next day after payment receipt on our account, the latest within 48 hours.
We ship from Monday to Friday. Shipping with cash on delivery is also possible.

Germany (DE)
Free shipping within Germany!

European Union (EU)
We deliver to the following EU countries:

In addition to the prices shown in the shopping cart we will charge 6,90 EUR per order for delivery to the above mentioned EU countries.

Switzerland (CH)
In addition to the prices shown in the shopping cart we will charge 9,95 EUR per order for delivery to Switzerland. For deliveries to non-EU countries you have to pay taxes, duties and fees.

United States of America (USA)
In addition to the prices shown in the shopping cart we will charge 20.00 EUR per order for delivery to the United States of America. For deliveries to non-EU countries you have to pay taxes, duties and fees.

Shipping costs / online tracking of shipment
We ship all items to your security with insured parcels with DHL. You get an automatic email with information about the shipping including the tracking number, which you can use online at the following link and check the status of your package: www.dhl.de.
